Most of my experience with après ski has been with beers. However, I have seen more than my share of folks enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. As après is a worldwide thing, why not enjoy it with a little piece of VT?

From 90+ Cellars comes a wine called "Ski Vermont", which is a Cabernet Sauvignon. From their own description, the wine is "full-bodied and textured with hints of vanilla, dark chocolate, blackberry and warm oak spices". This could make for very nice wine experience after a day on the hill or just with dinner no matter what time of year.

I have not tried it yet, nor am I a wine specialist, but I would give a bottle of this a go. Need more of a reason to try it yourself? For every bottle sold, $1 goes to Ski Vermont to fund a student scholarship. Why not give it a try?
