Горнолыжная Россия (I Hope That's Right)
Now, I'm not very familiar with Russia's ski and snowboard scene. To be 100% honest, I don't know anything more than what I have heard about some of the swimsuit-clad events, like that in the picture. Now that I think about it, I don't think I have ever spoken to Russian locals about skiing.
So, when I saw an article about the top Russian resorts, I was more than a little intrigued.
You'll notice, just like I did, the first mention was of "Grelka fest", which I have heard of, but had no idea where it took place. From there, it was a list of mountains that look awesome, but that could be biased. I find that most mountains look awesome and there is only one that I haven't really liked.
But, all of that aside, take a look and see what you think. Maybe you have heard of some or all of these, or have even visited one or two. I wouldn't mind taking a ride out to Eastern Europe to check out the scene. It could be a good time.
P.S.-For the title I wanted it to say "Ski Russia". I hope the translator got it right.

Some Like It Cold: Best Russian Skiing and Snowboarding Resorts
Russia's favourite winter activities have always been sledding and skiing in the mountains. Therefore, it is not surprising that nowadays, holiday skiing is very popular among Russians. The recent Olympic Games have reminded Russians that there are quite a few mountains in the country and opportunities to enjoy their slopes to the fullest.
