New England has had a great early season this year. The snow started before Thanksgiving and has been pretty steady...until now. I don't know about you, but I find it so disappointing when the season starts before the official first day of winter, but then gets warm and starts to rain.

I took a ride up to Dartmouth Skiway just to share how disappointing a weather change like this can be. The area was closed today, but will be open tomorrow, Dec. 22nd, in case you will be in the area or if you are a local.

This is nothing against the Skiway, just so it's said. I just know there are others out there that can understand how disappointing a day like this can be, especially when it comes to a great ski hill. Although, I can say there was a time I would've gone up a hill on a rain day, anyway.

In any case, I just thought I would share this setback to a great start for New England. Oh, and to make it hurt a little more...this rain has put a bit of a damper on a white Christmas.
