A Second Teen Death From A Lift
It seems that chairlift accidents are becoming a theme for this week. Earlier in the week an NJ teen died after falling from a chairlift at Blue Mountain, PA. This time a 15-year old girl has died in a similar event in Quebec.
Though it is likely these incidents will not continue, it is a good time to talk about lift safety. Always remember to keep your bar down. Never carry a backpack so pick that you are not completely on the seat. Never jump off the lift, which was part of the incident with the teenage girl in Quebec.
