For the third time in about a year, Blue Mountain, PA has had another skier death. This time it was a 17 year old boy.

I've skied Blue Mountain. I found it to be one of the better areas that I have visited in PA. It's a little bit of a shock that this will be the third death they have had since the beginning of 2017.

As you can read in the article, there isn't much information about the death of the New Jersey boy. However, being that it was from a lift, it could be any number of scenarios. As I always say here at Ski Rex, be as safe as you can.

Teen Dead After Skiing Accident in Carbon County

LOWER TOWAMENSING TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A teen from New Jersey died after falling at a ski resort in Carbon County. The Carbon County coroner says Connor Golembiewski, 17, of Flemington, New Jersey, fell from a ski lift at Blue Mountain Ski Area near Palmerton on Tuesday and died at the hospital.
