Lift Evacuation At Northstar On Sunday

Northstar California Resort saw a little bit of an issue with one of their lifts this past Sunday, Feb. 24.

 During the morning the Promised Land Express lift shut down, leaving the guests sitting in the air until the ski patrol was able to state lift evac procedures.

 At around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, the lift was able to be restarted. This allowed for the rest of the guests to unload without the need for ropes.

 There were no injuries or other issues reported.
