This really feels like the winter of the road skier. Earlier in the week, there was a video making the rounds of the internet with a skier being pulled by an SUV through the streets of Richmond, B.C. The trend continues, this time with a skier from Victoria, B.C.

 This gentleman seems to be upping the ante a little bit, however, having his dog come along for the trip to a Starbucks.
