British Snowboarder Dies At Andorra Resort

A British snowboarder has died after colliding with a tree at the Grandvalira Ski Resort in Andorra.

It has been reported that the 59-year-old man had been snowboarding on a black diamond trail when he lost control an hit a tree. After a response by the ski patrol, the man was found seriously injured and in cardiac arrest. He was taken to the bottom of the mountain, but emergency teams were not able to revive him. The local police are continuing an investigation into the accident.

Grandvalria is a popular resort in Andorra, a small country that lies between France and Spain in the Pyrenees mountains.
