Police Officer Who Leaked Video Of A Doping Nordic Skier In Serious Trouble

A police officer that took part in a raid at the Austrian ski resort of Seefeld is now in trouble as well.

 This particular officer leaked a short video that showed nordic ski competitor Max Hauke during the transfusion process. Though not the intention of the police officer, the video ended up going viral.


Authorities in Innsbruck have charged the officer with malpractice, which could bring up to three years in prison if he is found guilty.

Ski News Out Of Austria -- Nine Arrests Made In A Doping Raid

This past Wednesday, Austrian and German police conducted a series of raids in an effort to close down what is being called an "internationally active doping network". A part of the raids was conducted at the Austrian resort of Seefeld, the location of the current Nordic skiing world championships.
