The Results For The X Games Real Ski 2019 Competition Are In

All the votes are in and the winners of X Games Real Ski 2019 have been posted!

If you are not familiar with this competition, it is a film competition. This year six of the top street skiers each put together a two-minute video segment. Those segments were then judged, not only by a panel of judges but by the fans as well.

The judges for the competition included proffesionals of the street skiing world, including urban edit superstar Tom Wallisch leading the group. Their pick for the Gold medal film, which is the film that I voted for, was from skier Phil Casabon.

The Silver went to athlete Pär "Peyben" Hägglund and Alex Beaulieu-Marchand took the Bronze for the judges picks.

The fan favorite went to an athlete that did not get a medal from the judges, however. From young street athlete Jake Mageau, here is the entire segment for his video at the competition.

I would like to offer up congratulations to all four the winners at this competition. Street skiing and urban edits are some of my favorites currently.
