Big Mountain Pro Skier Dave Treadway Killed In An Accident In B.C.

It is being reported that two days ago, April 15, professional skier Dave Treadway was killed after falling approximately 100 feet into a crevasse near Rhododendron Mountain in British Columbia, Canada.

Pemberton District Search and Rescue were able to respond to the accident, but Treadway had already passed by the time they arrived.

Treadway is survived by his wife, Tessa Treadway, and two sons, Kasper and Raffi. It has also been reported that Tessa Treadway is pregnant with their third child. For his family, a fundraiser has been set up on gofundme.com to help assist the family during this rough time.
