Bode And Morgan Miller Talk About Water Safety And Share Feelings For Their Youngest's Water Education
Recently, Morgan Miller, wife of Olympic ski superstar Bode Miller, posted some photos and video of their youngest child, Easton, working with an instructor in a pool to social media. For most, this could be considered something that any parent might do, but for the Miller family, it is a milestone.
This comes close to a year after the family suffered a tragedy that no parent should have to endure, the death of a child.
In June of 2018, the news of Miller's child drowning in a pool went around both social and mainstream media. This horrible event happened just months before the birth of their next child, who is the focus of these current images.
As one could see in the captions from the photos and video, it is a bittersweet time for the family. It is so close to the anniversary of that tragic event, but in their youngest child, they can see some hope.
The couple sat down for an interview with Today to talk about their feelings over the past year, their thoughts on the future of their family, and the importance of water safety for young children.
