One of the best reasons to get outside is to be able to experience wildlife in their natural habitat. However, remember to be careful if you happen to run into a cougar or other large cat.

This is the warning that has been put out by Benton County Sheriff's Office in Washington state. They took to social media to let hikers know that two cougars have been spotted around the Badger Mountain hiking area.

Clearly, a beautiful animal that anyone would be lucky to see in the wild. Though they are just a tad bigger than the average house cat and it is better to let them be. As stated in the post above, be careful and let the professionals know if you spot one or both of these big kitties.
