Mammoth Mountain Pushing Their Season Into August

During the week, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area announced that they are going to continue daily operations into August. This announcement also comes with no definitive closing date. This means that fans of the Sierra hill, and anyone looking to spend their summer in a winter setting, could be going right up until fall.
The mountain has had the snowiest May they have ever seen, measuring almost 30 inches currently. This breaks a mountain record that was set in May of 2015.
