Snow-Ga -- Snow-Yoga Being Offered At Chill Factore Indoor Ski Facility In The U.K.

From our friends across the pond that brought us a snowboarding vicar is another story of something that you might not see at every ski hill you visit, whether it is indoors or out.

Coming this summer from Chill Factore in Manchester, England is a program that combines the snow skiing/riding we all enjoy with yoga.

“Yoga offers innumerable advantages to your body, mind, and emotional state, which only increases over time. Practicing cold yoga means you have to focus twice as hard on your body’s movements and breathing, establishing a deeper mind-body connection, and ultimately leading to a feeling of total wellbeing.” - Gemma Merna, Yoga Instructor

Yoga is a great workout and can target all of the muscle groups needed for a great day on the hill.
