The seemingly endless winter is still a thing here in North America, which includes parts of Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana getting fresh snow. Though most heads are taking the ride to the southern hemisphere to get their turns in, there are still a handful of places where lifts are turning in the U.S. and Canada.

For some of these, they are only open for weekend getaways. However, there are also a few that are open during the week! It's a shame if you used up all of your call out excuses.

Open 7 Days

  • Timberline Lodge, Oregon -- Open Until August 31
  • Beartooth Basin, Wyoming/Montana -- Open Until July 7
  • Mammoth Mountain, California -- They're Just Not Closing This Season
  • Whistler Blackcomb Hortsman Glacier, British Columbia -- Open Until July 15
Open For The Weekends

  • Arapahoe Basin, Colorado -- Open Until June 30
  • Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, California -- Open Until July 7
  • Snowbird, Utah -- Open Indefinitely/Conditions Permitting
