Who Is Ready To Ski The Alps This Weekend -- Two Hills With Glacier Operations Open This Weekend

The first is Les Deus Alpes in Mont-de-Lans, France. Their summer ski season opens up this weekend, June 22, and will run until August 25. They will have 12 lifts open at 7 AM and have open skiing and riding until 12:30 PM. Currently, it's being reported that they have close to 9 feet of snow (265 cm) at an altitude of 10,500' (3,200 meters). There opening of glacier skiing and riding coincides with the Les Deux Alpes Outdoor Festival, which runs all weekend, June 21 to 23.
