In a report from CBS21 in Harrisburg, Craig York, the 35-year-old suspect pictured to the left, there are court documents that say York faces 15 charges that include rape, indecent exposure, and involuntary indecent assault of a person under the age of 16.
York was last seen at the Fort Franklin parking area on July 18. There is a bench warrant out for his arrest.
