A little girl that visited Great Smoky Mountains National Park with her family had such a good time and enjoyed it so much she wanted to take home a little memento from her visit. Afterward, though, she felt guilty and wanted to return it and apologize for it, which she did in the form of a letter.

In a Facebook post from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, photos were posted of one of the park rangers holding the apology letter from the girl, who signed it Karina. In the letter, she not only apologized to the park rangers but sent them a drawing of the area she visited.

Using this post as a reply letter to the little girl, the rangers thanked her for returning the rock and praised her for doing so. They also included the photos that you see above, one of which is the rock back where the little girl found it, assuring her that it was returned.
