A Full Service Ski Resort In Minecraft
For a long time, my skiing fandom did translate to playing skiing/snowboarding video games. I still do from time to time. Now, I don't play Minecraft, but having a niece who does, I have been known to get on it from time to time, as well. For everything one can do in that game, I never thought of, nor had I thought it was possible to build a full ski resort.
Clearly, it's very blocky, which is Minecraft. But, even with being built out of blocks, it's still something to see. There was some decent lift design on the video, which I thought was pretty cool. The layout was pretty nice, too, feeling almost like an honest to goodness ski resort. One could almost jump on this map and get an immediate hankering for wanting to get out on a real hill.
