On the 3rd Sunday each January, World Snow Day is recognized as a day for ski areas and resorts from around the world to promote all of the benefits and joys of skiing and riding, as well as to get as many children as possible into skiing and snowboarding.
Just recently, the FIS took to social media to not only remind everyone about the next World Snow Day on January 19, 2020, but to confirm dates the next five years to follow.
