Are You Shopping For Gear For The Coming Season? Check This Out!!!
It's fair to say that most ski bums and enthusiasts plan on getting new gear every year, even if they don't follow through with it. New gear can get pricy wicked fast. But, what about "New To You" gear? It's fair to say, again, that most who ski and ride won't turn their noses up at used gear, either.
So, where to go to get the sick deals? Well, a lot of folks have their local spot or maybe even a shop a few towns over that they prefer to go. How about a spot in Alabama that isn't just a place to shop, but is also considered a tourist attraction? One could make a road trip out of it and get the good deals.
That spot is the Unclaimed Baggage Center. If you haven't heard of it, it is a place that specializes in selling the unclaimed luggage from airlines and other transportation companies. The company picks up the stuff left behind by travelers and puts it out for public sale at their facility in Scottsboro, AL.
Coming up on November 2nd, this Mecca for gear and stuff left behind or forgotten by others is having their Winter + Ski Event. All kinds of stuff from the biggest names you know and love will be sold for discounted prices. This sale also includes multiple in-store and online events.
