This coming weekend Colorado will have three ski areas open and ready to go for all the skiing and riding one could want. But, what about the following weekend? Well, there will be yet another choice for you to take advantage of the early starting 2019/2020 ski/snowboard season.

Wolf Creek Ski Area has announced that they will be open on Halloween morning, October 31, 2019. The Nova Lift and Magic Carpet will be open from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. giving access to four runs. Ticket prices will be $31 for adults and $6 for children under age 5.

To get into the spirit of the holiday, Wolf Creek will be open until dusk, giving guests a chance to ride the Lynx Lift up to a haunted house. The mountain is encouraging guests to show in costume.

With this announcement, Wolf Creek will the fourth mountain in Colorado, fifth in the United States, to open for the 2019/2020 skiing/snowboarding season. However, early openings are not out of character for this mountain as Wolf Creek was the first to open in North America for the 2018/2019 season.
