Mountains From All Over Vermont Reported Snow Yesterday
Yesterday was an ugly weather day for New England. A Nor'Easter was tearing up the coast, bringing mostly high winds and rain to the entire region. But, it would seem that there was a nice coating of snow for a few Vermont mountains, as well.
About 24-hours ago, Ski Rex Media made the shout out to two of those mountains, both in the southern part of Vermont. Mount Snow and Stratton took to social media to share the goodness, which was reported in the story below.
But, those weren't the only two mountains that were reporting snow during the day. Mountains from a few parts of the state were showing off the coating of snow on their summits and some of the flurries that were falling at their bases.
Is it a lot of snow like what has been falling in areas of the Rockies? No, of course not. But, it is enough to get the locals and fans who Ski The East is the mood. With a little bit of snow flying around now, that means the temps are dropping, the snowguns are going to be turned on, and winter is right around the corner.

Wicked Weather In New England Today, But There Is Some Snow Amongst The Rain
As rain and wind pound New England, there are some reports of what the locals have been waiting for...SNOW!!! Though there has been some early snow, most of the precipitation for us here in New England has been rain.
