World Snow Day Event Confirmed For Whaleback Mountain, NH
It has been confirmed that those skiers and riders in the Upper Valley area of New Hampshire and Vermont can celebrate World Snow Day at Whaleback Mountain.
World Snow Day is a program created by the International Ski Federation (FIS) to promote the introduction of skiing and snowboarding into the lives of children. Ski areas and resorts from around the world take part in the day with events geared not only towards the goal of introducing children to the benefits and good times that can be had by skiing and riding but to make sure that entire families can enjoy the day together.
For this coming World Snow Day, January 19, 2020, Whaleback Mountain is hosting its event alongside, at the time of this article, 84 other events in 27 countries around the world. The event will involve hot chocolate, prizes, and much more.
As event time draws closer, more information will become available. To stay informed, head to the Whaleback Mountain website or follow Whaleback Mountain on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. For more information about World Snow Day, you can head to the FIS website dedicated to the event.
