The Audi FIS Ski World Cup Races At Killington Receive The Official Green Light
It's just over a week out from the return of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup tour with the Homelight Killington Cup, sponsored by HomeLight, races at Killington Resort, Vermont and the official green light has been given by the International Ski Federation (FIS). Next weekend, the race is on.
“This is to inform you that the Women’s' Audi FIS Ski World Cup races in Killington (USA) are confirmed following the official snow control from today 21st November 2019. As scheduled, the races will take place on 30th November and 1 December 2019.” - Statement from the FIS
For those who have had plans to visit the mountain, whether you are heading up as a spectator or if you happen to be a pro traveling to Killington to participate in the races, this is the confirmation you've been waiting for. With this confirmation of positive snow control, you can be assured that both the Giant Slalom and Slalom races will be taking place as scheduled.
Race weekend begins following the Thanksgiving holiday, November 29 through December 1, 2019.
