Ski The PNW & Want Your Own Hill -- Spout Springs Ski Area

Each time I see a ski area come up for sale, I start to wonder if this might be the one that becomes the Ski Rex Media Ski Area & Resort. But, in this case of this listing, would I be willing to take my east coast ways to the Pacific Northwest?

Since I love my brothers & sisters no matter where they ski or ride, I'm thinking I would be more than fine with moving the HQ to Oregon, which is the home of Spout Springs Ski Area. Weston, OR to be more precise. With a price tag of $1.25 million for a near turn-key ski operation, it isn't a bad price. Let's take a look at what the realtor has said about the property.

INVESTMENT SUMMARY

Have a look at the photos on the listing from loopnet.com and you can see that the facility is in great shape. The lodge and kitchen are clean and well maintained, a nice, small groomer fleet, and the rental shop is wicked organized. Have you ever thought about running your own hill? With this kind of price tag, which isn't much relatively speaking, and the right investors, this could be your chance.
