The Newest Film From Alba Adventures -- "IMAGINATION" -- FILM

I haven't hidden the fact that I enjoy the films that Alba Adventures puts out. As soon as they release a new film I watch it as soon as I possibly can and then write a review and plug it to the best of my ability. Now, it's true, they have done a lot of films here in Vermont, so you'd be right to suggest that I am a little bias. I don't hide my love for Vermont, either. I can also make shameless plug jokes about my name being in the credits for the second time. But, there's more to it than that. I really do enjoy their work. It's just good work. Here, have a look at their latest film.

As you know, the season was cut short by the coronavirus outbreak, so this episode became the family's season finale. But, what a good finale? I think it's safe to assume that it wasn't planned to be, seeing as how the outbreak hadn't really started when they at Smuggler's Notch filming this. There was a whole season still ahead at that time. But, even if this wasn't planned to be the finale, the message in the film feels like it falls right in line with what is going on in the world.

I'm sitting here trying to put into words exactly what I think about this film and how it relates to the world we are all looking at right now, but it isn't easy. I think that's because this film invokes more feelings than thoughts. It's a feeling that I think a lot of people will have when listening to the soothing words of the narrator, Alicia Alba, as she speaks of an idea of hope and wanting a world for the family's youngest to be more of a reality than a dream, more than a world that is just part of her imagination.

If you decided to read through this first, definitely go back and watch the entire film. The opening and closing really seal this one, with the wonderful work on-mountain during the film that the family Alba has come to be recognized for. It's a real treat for those who are already fans of their work, but those who aren't just might be fans by the time the credits roll. I think I'm going to have to put this one on the top of the list of my favorite Alba Adventure films.
