A lot of what goes into making a film from any genre is the work of the camera operators. The more skill those operations have, the better a film can be. Let's take a look at this ski edit from Nicolas Gaillard that has some of the sickest drone shots to be seen recently.
It could be said that the skiing footage in this short is made that much more exciting by the fighter plane-like maneuvers of the drone camera. Though almost dizzying, these shots add to the show being put on by the athletes, Richard Permin, Conor Pelton, Sander Hadley, and Megan Dingman. That combined with a choice of music that is more than fitting makes this short just about amazing.
