The Rocks Were Rolling Over At Smuggler's Notch, Vermont
While several of the skiers and snowboarders that are fans of Smuggler's Notch in Vermont may have Rock & Roll music on their riding playlist, some very large rocks were literally rolling through the area, causing damage to vehicles and closing Vermont Route 108 this past Sunday, May 31st.
VTrans, Vermont Fish & Wildlife Wardens, and Vermont State Troopers all responded to the incident, that left several vehicles damaged, but there were no injuries to any of the owners of the vehicles. The road was closed, but not for long as it was reopened in the early afternoon that same day.
